How much fresh air is inside these balls ?
A 2m sized ball is about 6.5ft in diameter, there is enough air to stay inside for a long time. Most rides last only 5-7 minutes. Short rides are a better idea also because of the humidity build up while huffing and puffing inside the ball while doing your best effort to walk as far as possible , you will be burning up calories galore. A famous swimming coach is now using the water balls as a training tool for preparing olympic swimmers to improve their swimming strokes and coordination.

How much time can you stay inside the balls ?
- 5-10 minutes rides when used on hot sunny days. - 20 minutes , if the balls are used out of the sun or at night. - just change the air inside the ball at least every 20 minutes to prevent the balls from fogging up from the humidity of your breathing .

Is it easy to walk on the water ?
This is one of the best ways to build up your strength, balance, endurance, and it's fun. but if you need a work out walking and controlling the water ball can be a real challenge. Just like when learning to ride a bicycle , it does take some practice to get the hang of it. During a race in Japan , there was a small boy of about 12 years old that must have walked at least a foot ball fields length and would have gone farther but he won the race .
